How to get your Christmas card sending on autopilot!

Would you like your Christmas card sending to be a completely painless experience?  The Christmas season isn’t far away so there is never a better time than now to get yourself all organised and put this easy to use greeting card system in place.  If you lead a busy life this will be ‘music to your ears’, design your card including your own pictures and logos and you don’t even need to write, stamp or post it this is all done for you!

If you haven’t heard of SendOutCards previously they are an online greeting company who stuff, stamp and post real physical cards direct to your address book list, on your behalf, completely automatically. The cards are 7” x 5” in size, high gloss and printed on re-cycled paper and you can even include your own handwriting and digital signature(s) in the cards. Your cards can be cued in September (or any time) to be sent at the beginning of December so you don’t even have to think of it again until your friends start thanking you for your card. It will all just happen on your behalf.

All you need to do is:

• Enter your addressees and addresses into an Excel spreadsheet and import them or enter them manually into the SendOutCards system
• Organise your contacts into groups, if you require
• Design your Christmas Campaign Card(s) including the date the cards are to be sent
• Check The People You Want To Send The Card To From Your Contact List
• Send The Campaign With One Click

And it is done. As simple as that.

Cards cost between 55p*and 85p* each (dependent upon payment plan) plus postage costs 70p*per card to send, anywhere in the world, and remember you don’t even have to write the cards/envelopes or visit the post office, this is all done for you. There are no minimums or maximums so you can send 1 or 100s of cards at a time.

If you have family or business associates overseas in The States or Australia you can save even more on your card sending as the postage paid is 30p* (49c) across state bringing the price of a card down to less than a £1.00 including postage. This is quite a saving as it currently costs 97p to post a light card overseas or £1.47 if heavier.

The system can be used not only for personal Christmas card sending but business too, with the added advantage of being able to include your personal or business photos, logo(s), and contact details in the inside leaves for very little extra money.

Have you thought of sending Calendar Cards to your contacts? These are something everyone loves to receive and I will explain more about these in my next blog.

If getting your Christmas card sending organised is something you’d be interested in, please contact me by e-mail at: and I will arrange for you to send a card to test the system out yourself for FREE (without any obligation).

I look forward to hearing from you.
